Fermented Apple Chutney

I'm Miss Brewbird, a trained brewer and distiller. I studied Brewing and Brewery Operations in university and then moved to Scotland to work as a scotch whisky distiller. I've worked at various distilleries in the UK to make whisky, gin, rum, vodka, and various liqueurs.
