I spent the day with my co-worker Finlay Street, a young 19 year old distiller, who started his career in distilling in July 2018 at The Borders Distillery. He is a hardworking young man with a promising career ahead of him and he is a gentleman to boot. He was running the mash house side of the distillery, so I filmed him as he was making the whisky wash. I thought people might be interested in seeing what it is like to work as a distiller.
